Spicy BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
3 lbs. pork spareribs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup rum
1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Cut spareribs into smaller portions and wrap in foil. Bake for 1 hour.
2. In a medium mixing bowl combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, rum, Sriracha sauce and garlic.
3. After removing the ribs from the oven drain the drippings and coat both sides with the spicy mixture. Let sit for 1 hour.
4. Preheat grill for medium heat. Brush grill grate with oil. Place spareribs on the grill and cook for 30 minutes, basting with the leftover marinade.
