Ingredients:
2 lbs baby back pork ribs
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Place the ribs in a large pot, cover with water. Place a lid on top of the pot and simmer for 1 hour. Then drain water off of the ribs and place ribs in large shallow dish.
2. In a small saucepan combine maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, cider vinegar, ketchup, sea salt and pepper. Mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes until hot.
3. Marinade the ribs with the sauce and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Preheat the charcoal grill.
5. Remove ribs from marinade. Reserve the sauce and heat it back up in a small saucepan.
6. Place ribs on the grill over indirect heat. Grill for 20-30 minutes brushing marinade over ribs until all the sauce is gone and the ribs have a nice glaze over them.
